About the role:
Assist sales representatives in uncovering prospect requirements and identifying product functionality matches, gaps to develop, recommend and package the best possible product and/or service for client prospects. Conduct discovery and provide demonstrations to match prospect needs.

What you will be doing:
- Plays an integral role in the sales process utilizing knowledge of products and their capabilities to assist sales executives in addressing client/prospect requirements.
- Develops appropriate product solutions to meet client/prospect business requirements.
- Drives solution assurance process on behalf of sales executives to obtain client/prospect requirements, identifies and prioritizes functionality gaps with sales representatives and clients/prospects, initiates request-source process to obtain estimates to address functionality gaps or define appropriate workarounds and gathers all necessary information for internal suppliers to commit to performing the conversion.
- Drives commitment process on behalf of sales executives to obtain internal commitment to perform work defined in solution assurance documents.
- Maintains detailed notes in enterprise contact management system to assist in bringing sales opportunities to closure.
- Provides direction to sales support team for creation and packaging of proposals.
- Provides input to appropriate sections of requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFI).
- Sets up and delivers product presentations/demonstrations to clients/prospects either in person or via web-based tools.
- Creates and maintains product presentations.
- Participates in business requirements review with clients/prospects.
- Participates in product release process.
- Provides feedback on client/prospect requirements to FIS product managers on regularly scheduled basis.
- Interacts with vendors and other organizations where appropriate to evaluate third-party vendor opportunities and solutions.
- Develops and presents proposals to Business Review for approval.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you will need:
- A passion for commercial lending and financing
- 5+ years of experience in either banking, lending or software sales/presales
- Good grasp of technology and technical concepts, with an interest in new technology and how it can help improve banking and lending
- Advanced presentation skills using PPT, Canva or other content creation tools
- Analytical and consultative approach to client engagements
- Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task, with attention to detail
- A willingness to travel to customer sites to build relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn
- Hands on experience with FIS Commercial Loan Servicing platform aka "ACBS"
Added bonus if you have:
- Deep industry knowledge
- Direct commercial lending experience with FIS platforms
- Individual contributor presales/sales engineering experience
- Synthesia, Reprise or other digital content tools.
- Experience with other Loan Servicing applications
- Commercial Lending Credit, Closing and Servicing Experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
